My Doula Support Package offers personalized, continuous support from pregnancy through postpartum. I’m here to provide emotional, physical, and informational care that empowers you throughout your birth experience. From prenatal appointments to early labor, continuous birth support, and postpartum follow-up, I’ll ensure you feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way—no matter where or how you give birth.

Birth Bliss Support Package Overview

Up to 4 hours of prenatal appointments.

ON CALL support 24/7 from 37 weeks through birth

Early labor support (virtually or in-person) at your home or hospital whenever you’re ready for support.

Active labor support at home, hopsital, or birth center throughout entire duration of your birth, no matter the length, through minimum 2 hours postpartum.

Follow up postpartum visit to check in.

Doula Birth Bliss Support Package Details

Prenatal Support:

  • 4 hours of prenatal appointments to prepare for labor, discuss birth plans, and provide guidance on physical and emotional preparation.

24/7 On-Call Support:

  • Available from 37 weeks gestation for continuous phone, text, or email support, helping you navigate any concerns or questions leading up to labor.

Early Labor Support:

  • Virtual or in-person support during early labor, depending on your preference and needs. We will help you identify when it’s time to move forward and ensure you’re comfortable at home.

Continuous Birth Support:

  • Support for the entire birth, no matter the length. Whether your labor is short or long, I’ll be by your side, providing continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout the process.

Immediate Post-Birth Support:

  • Stays for 2 hours after birth to ensure a smooth transition, assist with initial baby care, and offer support as you recover and begin to bond with your baby.

First Feeding Assistance:

  • Presence for the baby’s first feeding, providing guidance on breastfeeding or bottle-feeding and offering reassurance as you begin your feeding journey.

Postpartum Follow-Up:

  • One postpartum appointment to check in on both your physical and emotional well-being, offer breastfeeding or newborn care support, and answer any questions you may have in the first few days after birth.

3 Months of Text Support:

  • Available for text-based support for up to 3 months after birth to answer any ongoing questions, provide emotional reassurance, and assist with postpartum challenges.

This package offers comprehensive support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period, ensuring you feel empowered, informed, and well-supported during your journey.
